At the Last Supper, on the night he was betrayed, our Savior instituted the Eucharistic Sacrifice of his Body and Blood. 
The Washing of Feet: Fr. Valley will wash the feet of those about to receive the sacrament of First Communion and Confirmation, just as Jesus washed the feet of his disciples before sending them out into the world to preach the Good News.
